Property transfers
When you need us
You have signed an offer to purchase, or you are selling and the estate agent needs a transferring attorney.
Buying or selling a house, a farm or a plot. We register the transfer at the Deeds Office and tell you where it stands along the way.
Bring
- Your ID
- Proof of address, not older than three months
- The signed offer to purchase
- Your marriage certificate or antenuptial contract, if you are married
Deceased estates
When you need us
A death in the family must be reported to the Master of the High Court within 14 days. An executor is then appointed to wind up the estate.
When someone dies, the estate has to be reported and wound up. We handle it with the family, step by step.
Bring
- The death certificate
- The will, if there is one
- The ID of the person who died
- Their marriage certificate, if they were married
- Bank and property details, as far as you know them
Divorce and maintenance

When you need us
An antenuptial contract must be signed before a notary before the wedding, and registered at the Deeds Office within three months.
